Essynce Virtual Assistants (EVA) and our Partners work with you and along side you - similar to an office administrative assistant. The "convenience" is we work in our own fully equipped office and have some VA's available 24/7.
Performing and working as your Essynce Virtual/Personal Assistant, we can make travel arrangements, update your calendar, answer your phones, manage your bookkeeping, type letters/memos, and create presentations/spreadsheets and much more!

Dr. Starr Barrett -
Essynce Empire (The Very Essynce of Events, LLC/ The Very Essynce of Virtual Assistants, LLC/ GodXess LLC) was launched by Dr. Starr Barrett, a graduating business student of Trinity University with a Bachelors Degree/Master's Degree in Business Administration and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree with a major in Strategic Planning from Concordia University. In addition, Dr. Starr has a Doctorate in Metaphysics. Starr has worked in the administrative field for over 20 years supporting both Executives and Fortune 500 companies. She's a former member of IAAP (International Association of Administrative Professionals), as well as, other organizations and has obtained many certificates and accolades within her career(s) in Corporate America. In addition, after planning various events for Corporate America, Small businesses, and families, Starr realized she had a passion for the business(es) and wanted to work towards making them a career.

When Starr gave birth to her daughter Essynce in 2002, she decided to name the company after her bundle of joy and launched her dream. Out of her intrinsic talent and zeal for Administrative duties, and creating mesmerizing and spectacular events, she realized that the key to a successful Essynce Empire is to provide enthusiasm, uniqueness, and creativity to your event and/or Lifestyle needs within an affordable budget! After grasping this concept completely, the origin of a full service Essynce Empire arose, providing personal assistant /virtual administrative assistant services, event/wedding planning, and holistic services.
At Essynce Empire we hope to instill a deep sense of pride within our customers by providing the highest quality services. Starr believes the best way to display her business vision(s) to customers is done simply by focusing on making things happen: "with emotion and care."

Essynce Empire has Essynce Consultants/Partners that allow many of their services to be offered Nationwide. Essynce Consultants are Independent Reps that have joined our family to assist with our services being recognized throughout the world. We have relationships with a variety of vendors/partners and are always interested in building partnerships with different businesses to expand different areas of interest.

Founder/CEO
LaToyia Carroll –
VP of Operations
A natural entrepreneur by spirit, LaToyia has owned and operated several businesses including a licensed In-Home Childcare, Insurance Agency, and the most recent being the launch of her home staging company “Chique Street Interiors”. Her business acumen has been skillfully developed not only through her entrepreneurship endeavors, but also her corporate experience; in which she has held multiple leadership roles within the technology, telecommunications and sales and customer service markets. A few of her roles have included; Financial Advisor, Call Center Operations Manager and Corporate Sales Trainer. She has received multiple accolades for her contribution in launching a 650+ seat National Customer Loyalty Call Center (2011), and a successfully piloted Virtual Self-Paced Training Facilitation Program (2016).
With a strong background in sales and retention, her breadth of experience also includes human relations, talent management, adult education, content development, project management, payroll/accounts receivable, insurance billing and data entry to name a few.
LaToyia knows that people are her passion, and that thru the power of self-love great people are abundantly added to her path!

Kendra Harris –
VP of Virtual Assistant Services and Credit Referral Agent
Kendra has an Associate Degree in Business Administration/Applied Science and 14 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the Pharmaceutical and Insurance Industry. Her undying desire to assist others to become Entrepreneurs has pushed her into heights she never imagined.

The Financial arena has always fascinated Kendra and that prompted her into learning how money moves and believes Awareness and Education on Financial Literacy create and sustains generational wealth.

Today, Kendra dedicates her time to equip those in need with the tools necessary to obtain the credit they deserve and so much more.
Essynce Moore started designing clothes at the tender age of 6 with just for fun doodles in her school binder and notepads. Her passion was and still is, to find her own style and to share her creative UPSCALE clothing ideas and styles with youth around the world. Essynce is a “TEEN” that has turned her passion into a business for 2013, with the launch of her official clothing line branded Essynce Couture, LLC with the motto “a child’s passion for fashion.” Essynce Couture also has a natural body product line for children, tweens, and teens labeled “Wynk” by Essynce Couture. In 2015 Essynce launched Essynce Couture Spa and Boutique EXCLUSIVELY for Children, Tweens, and Teens to give the youth a place of their own to visit and be pampered, inspired, and educated.

Essynce is an entrepreneur, child’s fashion designer/stylist, author, actress, celebrity, motivational speaker, and fashionista that brings a positive vibe to her peers and others. She’s been in numerous fashion shows, pageants, karate tournaments and has spoken at numerous conferences and/or workshops. In 2016-17 Essynce is in the following movies: Best of 2 Evils, King of Newark, Custody, Darker than Blue – Colin Warner Project, and Maggie’s Plan. She has SHOWCASED at both NY Fashion Weeks and Atlanta Kids Fashion Week while also ripping the runway. She’s released her first book 6th Grade Middle School Chronicles in 2015, her 2nd book 7th Grade Middle School Chronicles in 2016 and her 3rd book 8th Grade Middle School Chronicles in 2017. She has been featured on BET, Verizon Fios News, BlackNews.com, MadameNoire, The Record newspaper, The Epoch Times newspaper, and a host of other news and media outlets. Essynce has also been awarded 2016 Teenpreneur of the Year by Black Enterprise, as well as, awarded by the City of Passaic with a Proclamation, and awarded by the State of New Jersey – Senate and General Assembly upon the auspicious occasion of the Grand Opening of her business Essynce Couture Spa and Boutique, LLC in 2015 in the City of Passaic.
In 2014 she was interviewed and featured on NBC (Channel 4 News), Jeff Foxx of WBLS FM, BuzzFeed, Yahoo, Verizon Fios Channel 1 News, NBC Channel 4 News, she was awarded “2014 Young Emerging Leader” by Alpha Kappa Alpha, she’s been featured in the 2013 TIME for Kids Magazine, Honored 2013 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Vashti School for Future Leaders, she’s been seen on the Uncle Majic Commercial (BET, VH1, Channel 11, etc), HBO (Bored to Death), and has involved herself with a host of other events and projects.
Essynce is also a member of the New York Youth Chamber of Commerce (NYYCC).
